Pertaining to Pricing, Upgrade, Refund
Is there any refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can apply for refund within 30 days from payment. We shall refund 100% of the license fee.
You can be rest assured of the Refund as we have “No Questions Asked” refund policy.
Refund is NOT allowed for offices where trial account is created before making the payment. Refund will not be provided if your firm has not completed Data Import and Team members Training. This is to ensure firms who have genuinely tried the software get the 100% refund if not satisfied with the practice management solution.
Does the price include GST?
All prices above are excluding GST. GST will be levied at 18% over and above the price quoted above. GST invoice will be issued after payment.

Do you provide Monthly / Half Yearly plan?
Half yearly plans are provided only to offices with team size of more than 150, on request. No discounts are applicable on half yearly payment.
There no monthly plans available.
Can I upgrade my Account? Add users later?
You can upgrade or degrade your account (the number of users) anytime. We charge on a pro-rata basis. Prorata cost is round up to month.
✔ In case of an upgrade, you need to make an additional payment.
✔ In case of a downgrade, you get an extension on the licencing
date.
Example: If you had purchased 10 users' license in January, and now you need additional 2 users in March. So, 2 users will be charged for 2 months.
What modes of payment are accepted?
We currently accept payment via:
- Bank transfer (IMPS / NEFT)
- UPI (QR Code Scan) — Use any BHIM/UPI app to make payment. Example: GPay, PhonePay, Paytm, Bhim.
- We also plan to support the upcoming – Whatsapp Payment.
- Currently, there is no method to pay using Credit or Debit card.
File Upload Limit & Charges?
File upload is an optional module, activation charges for file uploading is ₹500.
Once file uploading is activated, you start uploading unlimited files. At end of the year, we will calculate the actual usage and charge the same at the time of license renewal.
Storage is charged at ₹100/GB per year
For example, if your total file size is 25 GB at end of the license period, you will be charged ₹2500 (25 GB ✖ ₹100).
Where is the free account?
We had free license for offices having less than 3 users. In order to better serve our paid license users, we discontinued the free version of license from 1st September 2018 . Accounts created before 31 August 2018 are not affected by this change. Only going forward we have stopped giving license for free.
We were the only Online Office Management software in India at that time to offer a free tier for small budding entrepreneurs.
We believe that when offices at the nascent stage, office management can really help in scaling up practice. In India, often, small offices cannot afford any extravagant expenses and hence do not purchase Office Management software. With Jamku, we had plan to change this. Jamku was free for offices with a team size less than 3.
The free account was fully featured. Not a trial version. You could use it for free for as long as you want. However, if you stop using the software, we reserve the right to delete your account after 30 days of inactivity.
We had 223 offices who subscribed for free version of Jamku. We are grateful to them for sharing their feedback which helped Jamku to become a fully matured office management software.
Geo Location Pricing?
Geo Location is an optional module.
Location-based attendance captures the user's IP address and GPS coordinates to determine their physical location. This can be useful for tracking staff attendance at events or meetings at a client's site and ensuring that the staff has reached the location on time.
If you want to purchase this, you need to purchase it for all of your team members.

Jamku Chat Pricing?
Jamku Chat is an optional module.
It can serve trail of communication for each task between team members and also serve as audit trail. Inbuilt "Chat" and "Notification on every task updates" will enhance our work efficiency and we will able to establish great communication system between your team members.
If you want to purchase this, you need to purchase it for all of your team members.

This configuration includes setting up of categories, cost centre and profit centre, and even setting up of To-Do templates, amongst others. Here, we commit to set up Jamku in your office in time-bound manner, so that you can focus on excellence.
Customised training on your office account
We will be creating a separate WhatsApp group. This group will be solely devoted for the implementation team of your office. It will function for a period of 30 days, during which the team members of your office (managers, staff, interns, etc.) will get a personalised hands-on training on how to manage your office using Jamku to scale up organically.
Queries will be taken on a priority basis.
While we claim that Jamku is intuitive and easy to use, it is but natural to have queries on how to start and go about it. We will guide you step-by-step on how to make the most of each module and answer all your queries on top priority basis.

This is the biggest challenge while implementing any new thing in any organisation — that people should adopt the change and adapt to it. The best way to do it is trust us. We will ensure maximum utilisation of the software by your office members. This can significantly improve your productivity.
Creation of a process document to use the software
This will be highly personalised based on your office's requirements and functionality. Jamku has too many features, but we believe that you should start with what suits your office the most and progressively open up to new modules. We will create this process document so that it is easy for any user to get a grip on Jamku and save your office's time and resources, thereby providing excellent service to your clients.
Training of every new module regularly
We update Jamku every week, and periodically release new Modules. These modules will be initially released to your office's core team members so as to acquaint them with the latest Office Management techniques. But that is not enough. We will provide revision training every Quarter as well, so that your team uses the best office management features at all times.
