Category (Organizational Structure)

Admin authorization is required to create category.
Categorization helps in segregating all the information based on the office needs. While we have provided categorization for all the data(eg: client group, client, task, billing, work done) you will typically need categorization only for few data. Read below our recommendation for categorization.

Office Setup

Admin Authorization is required to edit numbering configuration
Numbering tab can be used to setup how client, client group, task, bill, receipt are numbered.
Configuration tab can be used for configuring last work done date allowed.
Lincensing information can be obtained under the main tab.
